Not all Ice Creams are created equal. When we think of Ice Cream, we think of mouth watering, creamy goodness that is certainly not on any diet plan and will be loaded with sweet sweet sugar that will leave us salivating at every mouth full. What we don’t think of though is that if you find a place that makes true homemade Ice Cream, you can have your dessert and eat it too without the guilt.
Some store bought ices creams still have preservatives in them to make them last longer, melt less and look the part, but all our homemade ice cream is made from all natural ingredients, top quality milk and fresh fruit. And really, who cares if it melts a little quicker, it won’t be in the bowl for that long anyway.
All the flavours
Forget just looking for Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, by making homemade all of a sudden you have a flavour selection that you’ve never seen before, like Mango and Pistachio. With real fruit you could almost close your eyes and breath in the scent of a tropical paradise without ever leaving our cafe. Surely if it looks like fruit and smells like fruit, then technically it’s fruit, right?
No hidden preservatives
As mentioned before, store bought ice cream needs to last a long time in the freezer section of the store so are packed full of hard to pronounce ingredients that we surley shouldn’t be eating. It may be weeks old before you even purchase it so it needs to keep its colour and consistency over a long period of time. When we make fresh ice cream, it’s made on the premises on the same day that you’re eating it. With all natural ingredients and no hidden extras, your body will appreciate the clean taste.

When we make our homemade ice cream we source our ingredients fresh and locally. We don’t import frozen ingredients at a cheaper price, we use the best and freshest fruit straight from the farms to make sure our ice cream is the richest and tastiest treat you’ve ever had.
